Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The benefits provided under this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under law in relation to the goods to which this warranty relates.
Warranty periods
| Product | Warranty period |

The warranty period runs from the date of delivery or collection.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover wear and consumable parts (such as pegs, guy ropes, zip pulls, seals, gas canisters, and globes), damage caused by storm, accident or impact, misuse, failure to maintain the product in accordance with the manual (including stated inflation pressures, load limits and wind ratings), damage caused by packing the product away wet, or unauthorised modification. These exclusions do not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
How to make a claim
- Email hello@oftenoutdoors.com with your proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Include the product serial or batch number where the product has one. On tents this is usually on a label inside the inner tent or on the carry bag.
- Attach a photograph or short video of the issue and a brief description of what happened.
How claims are handled
We are responsible for resolving your claim. You do not need to contact the manufacturer. We assess claims at our West End location, and where a repair cannot be completed by us we arrange it with the manufacturer’s authorised service agent on your behalf and remain your point of contact throughout. We bear the reasonable costs of assessing and remedying valid warranty claims, including parts, labour, and return freight. We aim to resolve claims within 7 business days.
Returning the product to us
You are responsible for returning products that can be posted or easily returned. Where the product is large, heavy or hard to remove — such as a rooftop tent, a large ground tent, or bulky furniture — we pay the shipping cost or collect it. If we confirm the product has a problem, we reimburse any reasonable return costs you have already paid, so keep your postage or transport receipts.
If no fault is found
If we assess the product and find it does not have a problem, we may ask you to pay the collection and inspection costs. We will give you a reasonable estimate of those costs before we collect the product, and you can decide at that point whether to proceed.

Often Sunday - Inflatable Tunnel Canopy Family Camping Glamping Tent is backordered and will ship as soon as it is back in stock.
Description
Description
The Often Sunday is a six-person inflatable tunnel tent with an integrated front canopy, built for family camping, glamping stays and long-stay base camps. It stands 210 cm tall, packs into a single 12.2 kg bag and pitches in about four minutes — no poles to thread, no assembly order to remember.
Two Zones: Sealed Sleeping Room and Open Canopy
The Sunday is one structure with two distinct spaces. Behind the door sits a fully enclosed inner room with screened windows; in front, the leading arch carries an open canopy on its own support poles. The 400 × 300 cm footprint is the total including that canopy — so the sealed room is the sheltered core, and the front arch is covered ground you use without bringing the outside in. Boots, wet gear, chairs and the camp stove live out there instead of tracking through the sleeping space. The tunnel geometry keeps the inner floor usable end to end, rather than tapering it away at the walls the way a dome does.
A Front Terrace for Slow Mornings
The canopy is where the Sunday earns its name. Pitch it facing the water and the front arch becomes a terrace: shade over a couple of chairs, the sea in front of you, and somewhere to sit with a coffee while the rest of the camp wakes up. On a beach site or a comfortable serviced campground — the kind of trip where you are not breaking camp every morning — that covered outdoor room is where most of the day actually happens. It is the difference between a shelter and a campsite.
210 cm Interior Height
At 210 cm you walk in, stand up and get changed without stooping. That single measurement is what separates a tent you sleep in from a tent you can actually live in over a long weekend — it changes how you cook, how you dress, and how you wait out weather.
Four Minutes from Bag to Camp
Pitching takes about four minutes: unroll it, inflate the beams, stake the corners and guy it out. The whole tent packs into one bag at 12.2 kg, light enough to carry from the car to the site on your own. An electric pump is not included — add one from our tent accessories.
190T Polyester with PU3000 Waterproofing
The canopy is 190T polyester coated to PU3000 — a 3,000 mm hydrostatic head, twice the 1,500 mm the industry commonly cites as the minimum for camping fabric to be called waterproof. It holds up under sustained rain rather than just passing showers, which is what matters on the east coast and through a tropical wet season.
TPU Air Beams and a 120 g/m² PE Floor
The frame runs on TPU air beams rather than PVC: lighter for the same wall strength, and more elastic in the cold, so the beams stay flexible on frosty inland mornings instead of stiffening at the folds. Underneath, a 120 g/m² PE groundsheet takes the abrasion from gravel, shell grit and dry scrub without needing a separate footprint.
Where the Sunday Sits in the Glamp Series
The Sunday is the long-stay, wet-weather end of the Glamp Series: a six-person tunnel with a covered outdoor room, rated PU3000. If you need to sleep a bigger group, or you camp on exposed beach sites where sun matters more than rain, look at the Often Bunker instead — a hexagonal dome for six to eight in UPF50+ silver-coated fabric. Both sit in our ground inflatable tents range.
