Dispatch

All orders are dispatched from our Brisbane warehouse. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Orders are packed and dispatched within three business days of payment (Monday to Friday). Tracking information is emailed within 24 hours of dispatch.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is free on orders of $150 or more, Australia-wide. Below that threshold the following rates apply:

• ACT, NSW, QLD, SA, VIC — Standard $19. Express $29 (orders under $100), $39 ($100–$149), $59 ($150 or more).
• NT, TAS, WA — Standard $29. Express $39 (orders under $100), $49 ($100–$149), $69 ($150 or more).

Express delivery is an optional paid service and is available at all order values.

Estimated delivery times

• Queensland, New South Wales, ACT, Victoria, South Australia: 1 to 5 business days
• Western Australia, Northern Territory, Tasmania: 5 to 10 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Availability is confirmed at checkout.

Local pickup

You may collect your order from our West End location at no charge. Select local pickup at checkout. Orders are usually ready within four hours during business hours, and we will email you when your order is ready to collect.

Delays

If your order is delayed, we will email you with a revised dispatch date and offer the option to cancel your order for a full refund.

Damage in transit

1. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt when signing.
2. Email photographs of the damage to hello@oftenoutdoors.com within 48 hours of delivery.
3. We will lodge a transit insurance claim and arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. If goods arrive damaged or are not delivered within a reasonable time, you are entitled to the remedies provided by the consumer guarantees, which may include a refund or replacement.
