We're a few minutes from Brisbane's CBD, on Montague Road in the heart of West End. Please contact us before visiting so we can have the gear you want ready and someone free to show you through it.
Free same-day pickup on online orders
Ordering online and collecting in person costs nothing and is the fastest way to get your gear. Select local pickup at checkout instead of a shipping method, and we'll email you the moment your order is ready. Orders are usually ready within four hours during business hours.
Bring your order confirmation and photo ID. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, reply to your confirmation email with their name so we can release the order to them.
Why come in rather than order blind
An inflatable tent is hard to judge from photographs. Interior height, floor area, how a rooftop unit sits on a bar setup, how heavy a packed unit really feels when you lift it onto a roof — these are the things that decide whether a tent suits your vehicle and your trips, and they're the things a product page struggles to convey.
The same goes for the rest of the range. Chair comfort, table height, how a cooler fits a drawer system, whether a light throws enough for a family camp kitchen. If you're weighing up two options, seeing both side by side settles it in a couple of minutes.
Returns and warranty in person
You can return a product in person rather than posting it. Email hello@oftenoutdoors.com with your order number first so we can issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation number, then bring the product and its packaging to West End. Full conditions are in our Refund and Return Policy.
Warranty claims can also be lodged in person. Inflatable tents, rooftop and ground, carry a two-year warranty; other Often Outdoors branded products carry one year. See our Warranty Policy for the full terms.
Can't make it to Brisbane?
We ship Australia-wide from this same location, and standard shipping is free on orders of $150 or more. Orders are dispatched within three business days, with tracking emailed within 24 hours. Delivery runs 1 to 5 business days to QLD, NSW, ACT, VIC and SA, and 5 to 10 business days to WA, NT and TAS. Details in our Shipping Policy, and common questions are answered on our FAQ page.
