Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The benefits provided under this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under law in relation to the goods to which this warranty relates.

The warranty period runs from the date of delivery or collection.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover wear and consumable parts (such as pegs, guy ropes, zip pulls, seals, gas canisters, and globes), damage caused by storm, accident or impact, misuse, failure to maintain the product in accordance with the manual (including stated inflation pressures, load limits and wind ratings), damage caused by packing the product away wet, or unauthorised modification. These exclusions do not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
How to make a claim
- Email hello@oftenoutdoors.com with your proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Include the product serial or batch number where the product has one. On tents this is usually on a label inside the inner tent or on the carry bag.
- Attach a photograph or short video of the issue and a brief description of what happened.
How claims are handled
We are responsible for resolving your claim. You do not need to contact the manufacturer. We assess claims at our West End location, and where a repair cannot be completed by us we arrange it with the manufacturer’s authorised service agent on your behalf and remain your point of contact throughout. We bear the reasonable costs of assessing and remedying valid warranty claims, including parts, labour, and return freight. We aim to resolve claims within 7 business days.
Returning the product to us
You are responsible for returning products that can be posted or easily returned. Where the product is large, heavy or hard to remove — such as a rooftop tent, a large ground tent, or bulky furniture — we pay the shipping cost or collect it. If we confirm the product has a problem, we reimburse any reasonable return costs you have already paid, so keep your postage or transport receipts.
If no fault is found
If we assess the product and find it does not have a problem, we may ask you to pay the collection and inspection costs. We will give you a reasonable estimate of those costs before we collect the product, and you can decide at that point whether to proceed.

The Often Roots is the portable roll-up IGT table in the Often range — built around a distinctive roll-up aluminum and wood-look top that packs to an impressively compact 81 × 15 × 10cm carry box. At 5kg with stainless steel legs, it's the most packable IGT table in the Often system, without sacrificing the modular compatibility that makes IGT tables worth owning.
Roll-Up Top: The Roots' Defining Feature
The Roots uses a roll-up table surface combining an aluminum IGT-profile with a warm wood-look finish. Unlike rigid-panel tables that fold hinge by hinge, the roll-up top curls into a compact cylinder for storage — which is why the packed dimensions are 81 × 15 × 10cm despite the 80 × 41cm open surface. The wood-look finish adds warmth to the camp aesthetic without the weight of real timber.
Stainless Steel Legs
