Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The benefits provided under this warranty are in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under law in relation to the goods to which this warranty relates.

The warranty period runs from the date of delivery or collection.
Exclusions
This warranty does not cover wear and consumable parts (such as pegs, guy ropes, zip pulls, seals, gas canisters, and globes), damage caused by storm, accident or impact, misuse, failure to maintain the product in accordance with the manual (including stated inflation pressures, load limits and wind ratings), damage caused by packing the product away wet, or unauthorised modification. These exclusions do not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
How to make a claim
- Email hello@oftenoutdoors.com with your proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
- Include the product serial or batch number where the product has one. On tents this is usually on a label inside the inner tent or on the carry bag.
- Attach a photograph or short video of the issue and a brief description of what happened.
How claims are handled
We are responsible for resolving your claim. You do not need to contact the manufacturer. We assess claims at our West End location, and where a repair cannot be completed by us we arrange it with the manufacturer’s authorised service agent on your behalf and remain your point of contact throughout. We bear the reasonable costs of assessing and remedying valid warranty claims, including parts, labour, and return freight. We aim to resolve claims within 7 business days.
Returning the product to us
You are responsible for returning products that can be posted or easily returned. Where the product is large, heavy or hard to remove — such as a rooftop tent, a large ground tent, or bulky furniture — we pay the shipping cost or collect it. If we confirm the product has a problem, we reimburse any reasonable return costs you have already paid, so keep your postage or transport receipts.
If no fault is found
If we assess the product and find it does not have a problem, we may ask you to pay the collection and inspection costs. We will give you a reasonable estimate of those costs before we collect the product, and you can decide at that point whether to proceed.

The Often Bunker is a hexagonal inflatable dome shelter designed for group camping, beach days, and base camp use. At 2.1 metres tall with 6–8 person capacity and under 3 minutes to erect, it redefines what a large camping shelter can be. The hexagonal footprint maximises usable interior space compared to rectangular tents of the same floor area — and at 15kg packed, it's light enough for a single person to carry.
3-Minute Setup: One Piece, One Pump
The Bunker's one-piece air column system inflates to full structural rigidity in approximately 3 minutes. There are no poles to thread, no clips to attach, no assembly coordination required. Inflate to 7–9 PSI, stake out the corners, and the dome is ready. This matters on exposed beach sites where wind picks up before setup is done, and on multi-day trips where every minute of camp admin adds up.
2.1 Metres Tall — Adults Walk Freely
At 2.1m interior height, the Bunker is one of the few camping shelters where adults genuinely walk around freely rather than stoop. The full-standing headroom combined with a 6–8 person footprint makes it practical as a communal shelter, kitchen tent, changing area, or all-weather lounge — not just a sleeping space. For festival camping or group base camps, it functions as a proper communal hub.
Mesh Ventilation + PVC Transparent Door Panels
The Bunker's mesh windows and door panels ventilate the interior and keep insects out. When weather closes in, the mesh panels can be swapped for PVC transparent door panels, giving you visibility of the outside environment without losing protection — especially useful when watching storms roll in over a beach or watching over a campsite.
15D Silver-Coated Oxford: UV and Water Protection
The canopy is constructed from 15D silver-coated Oxford fabric rated PU 2000mm+ for water resistance and UPF50+ for UV protection. The silver coating specifically blocks UVA/UVB rays — significant in Australia where UV regularly reaches extreme ratings. This canopy won't break down in harsh sun or tropical rain.
